Since some restrictions have been made in public institutions and organizations due to austerity measures, the following decision has been reached regarding the accommodation of the Symposium:
The accommodation and food expenses of the participants at the level of “Professor” who will present papers at the symposium will be covered by Igdir University and Symposium Stakeholder Institutions. However, travel expenses belong to the participants.
The accommodation and travel expenses of the other participants who will present papers at the symposium will be their own, and their meal expenses will be covered by us.
All expenses of the participants who will attend the symposium only as a listener will be covered by themselves.
